iATM (“we”, “our”, “us”), acting as data controller for the data processing operations described in this Privacy Policy, is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to our collection, processing and use of personally identifiable information about you (“Personal Data”) when you use our websites (“Sites”) and mobile applications (“Apps”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, services or products that do not display or link to this policy or that have their own privacy policy. Some products, services or activities mentioned in this Privacy Policy may not be available in all markets.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect many kinds of Personal Data to operate effectively and provide you with the best products, services and user experiences we can. In particular:

  • Account Information – If you create an account on one of our Sites or via one of our Apps, we may collect your first name, last name, address, email address and phone number. If your account includes a subscription to one or more of our ATM services, we may collect the number on the card you use to access our ATMs (“ATM Card“), as well as the date, time and location of any transactions you make on our ATMs in association with your account. We may also collect information about your usage of our Sites and Apps in association with your account, such as the pages you viewed, the links you click, and your search queries and results.
  • Payment Information – If you purchase any products or services through our Sites or Apps, we will ask you to provide us with your first name, last name, address, email address, phone number and payment card information.
  • Website Information – When you access our Sites, we automatically collect your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and other technical information about your computer and Site usage, such as your browser type and version, time zone setting, and operating system and platform. We also use cookies on our Sites; for more information, please see the Cookie Information section of this Policy below.
  • Mobile Information – When you use our Apps, we collect your device’s unique identifier and other technical information about your device and App usage. Some of our Apps also provide location-based services, such as notifying you if one of our ATMs is nearby. Based on how you configure the App settings, we may collect information about your location through the App to provide such location-based services.

We may also collect Personal Data that allows us to be in contact with you (such as email address, phone number and address), information about your user experience or opinions, and other Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us with a question or comment about our products and services.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

We use your Personal Data to provide and optimize our products and services. In particular, we use:

  • Account Information to manage your account, identify your ATM Card within our network of ATMs, communicate with you in relation to your account, personalize our Sites and Apps for you, provide you with customer service, and monitor the performance of our Sites and Apps.
  • Payment Information to process your transactions, deliver products, services and rewards to you, and provide you with related customer service.
  • Website Information and Mobile Information to monitor the performance of our Sites and Apps, analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Sites and Apps, and ensure their technological compatibility with users.

We also use the Personal Data you provide us to respond to your comments and questions, better understand your needs, and generally improve our products and services.

We may wish to use your Personal Data to provide you with marketing communications promoting our products and services or those of third parties. We will only do so with your consent and as permitted by law. We will not use Personal Data for any purpose incompatible with those outlined in this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Data Do We Disclose?

The information, materials, products and services posted on or offered through the Online Platform are subject to change and may not be available in all geographic areas. We reserve the right to limit the provision of any information, materials, products or services to any person or geographic area at our sole discretion. Any offer for any product or service made on the Online Platform is void where prohibited.

What Personal Data Do We Disclose?

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to others. We only share Personal Data with third parties who are bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy and only in the following ways:

  • Affiliates – We may share Personal Data with any of our subsidiaries, or our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, for the purpose of providing our Services and improving our products and services.
  • Service Providers – We share Personal Data with third-party service providers, acting as data processors, who perform a variety of functions to enable us to provide our services, such as processing transactions, delivering products and services, conducting advertising on our behalf, analyzing and improving our products and services, and protecting against fraud. These service providers only have access to the Personal Data necessary to perform their functions, only act on our behalf and under our instructions, and may not use it for purposes other than to perform such functions.
  • Legal – We may disclose Personal Data to courts, law enforcement agencies and other government bodies if we suspect that an individual’s use of our products and services involves illegal activity or is otherwise inconsistent with any applicable terms and conditions. We may also disclose Personal Data where we believe that doing so would be in accordance with or required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process.
  • Business Transfers – In the event of a reorganization, merger or sale, we may transfer any and all Personal Data we collect to the relevant third party involved in the reorganization, merger or sale, with the consent of data subjects if and as required under applicable privacy laws.
  • With Your Consent – We may also share Personal Data with other third parties subject to your prior consent.

We may share with third parties statistical and aggregated data based on use of the Sites and Apps but in these cases such data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction as required by applicable law. For example, we employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is one of the leading security protocols for data transfers on the internet and helps to protect your information as it is transmitted from your computer to our network. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Despite our safeguards, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us via the internet. Once we have received your information, we will use all reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Where Is Your Personal Data Stored and Processed and For How Long?

We will not keep Personal Data longer than required or appropriate in accordance with applicable law. If you use our Sites and Apps from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection laws of the United States may not be considered adequate by authorities in your home country, but please be assured that we take steps to ensure that your Personal Data is collected, processed, protected and transferred in accordance with applicable law.

Cookie Information

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our Sites. The use of cookies is a standard practice among websites to collect information about visitors’ activities while using the website. We only install session cookies on your computer when you visit our Sites. We use these cookies to give you a seamless experience on the Sites during your visit so that, for example, you may browse a Site without having to log in to each webpage. Session cookies are only stored on your computer during your web session and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser. These cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you have been on the internet.

This website also uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Before the transfer, this information will be anonymized by removing the last octet of your IP address. Google will process this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not link your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. To manage the cookies that are placed on your computer, you may configure your internet browser to refuse, accept or delete cookies from our Sites at any time. If you block or delete cookies, not all of the tracking that we have described in this Privacy Policy will stop. Please note that if cookies are disabled or removed, not all features of our Sites will operate as intended.

External Links

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, processing and use of Personal Data by companies that we do not own or control or to people that we do not employ or manage (“External Parties”). Although some of our Sites and Apps link to the websites and services of External Parties, such as those of our business partners and social media companies, we do not exercise control over the activities of External Parties. Access, Correction and Other Rights

To exercise the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, such as to access, correct, update, delete, block or limit our use of your Personal Data, please contact us by the means noted below and clearly describe your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and always under the timeframes set forth by applicable laws. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to complete any transactions that you began prior to your request, or for other purposes as required or authorized by law.
